1) هاتف العز بالسعادة نادى ( حين امسى طرف الحسود كليلا ) منذ انشات ذا السبيل و اضحى، ماؤه السلسبيل يطفى الغليلا 2) وغدت السن القبول تنادى" نلت عبد الرحمن اجرا جزيلا " قال كل ارخه ان دعانا: ربنا اجعل له النجاة سبيلا 3) سنة1157

1) The voice of glory called with joy and the envious eye became weary ever since you founded this water dispensary; its spring water has extinguished all maladies. 2) The tongues of acceptance called upon 'Abd al-Rahman: "you have received great recompense," all who dated it said: "our prayer (is) God, make salvation his path." 3) In the year 1157/1744-5.
