انه من سليمان و انه بسملة، الي هذا الرحاب و من غوا، باعتابه الخدين تحظوا باوطار، و زوروا اماما قد ركينشر فضله، و لوذوا ...، و فوزوا كما فاز الح (؟)، حاز المجد اذ هذا ذخر اخيار، و قام ... دام عزه، لتأسيس خيرات نما فضلها الجاري، و في منهج التوفيق (؟) احي...، فحوزي في الدارين عزا و رفعة، بجنات فردوس تحف بالمهاب، و كرم باللذين ... سعيد سعادة، ...، ... شذاها ناشر طيب، و بين يديه قد سعي لوزه بها، فبشراه جنات النعيم من الباري، كما طالع ... مورخ مقام الامام اليث زاه بانوار1138
